SHIPPING (EXCLUDING BACKPACKS) If your order does not contain a backpack, be sure to order before the following dates. Italy, UK, Eastern Europe and outside of Europe: order before 18th December 11 am CET. France and Poland: order before 19th December 11 am CET. The rest of Europe: order before 20th December 11am CET.

Are there any shipment costs?
CLUSE offers free shipment on all products and to all countries that can be selected when choosing the shipping address.
Orders shipped to addresses outside the EU or in the French overseas territories, may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are levied when the shipment reaches the specified delivery address. The buyer is responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes.
CLUSE is not associated with these charges and cannot predict the value of the charge. We advise our customers to contact the local customs office in the delivery country for further information.
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
DE: 2-3 working days
NL, BE, IT, UK, AT, IE: 3-5 working days
FR: 4-6 working days
ES, PT, PL, DK, CRO: 5-7 working days
NON-EU: 7-9 working days
NL, BE, FR, DE, AT, IE, IT, ES, PT, PL, DK, CRO: 1-2 working days
UK: 2-4 working days
NON-EU: 2-7 working days
These may be subject to change dependant on location of residence within the country. Upon dispatch from the CLUSE warehouse you will automatically receive tracking information, which will indicate an estimated delivery time for your parcel. We do not keep any stock at our offices and the warehouse of our fulfilment partner is not accessible to customers.
The buyer is responsible for preparing and shipping the return shipment. For a return within the 60 days trial period - which starts after the buyer received the order - no prior contact with CLUSE is needed. CLUSE strongly advises any buyer who wants to return his/her order to choose a secured shipment method. Return shipments take place at the risk of the buyer.

In case of a revocation by the buyer within the trial period, CLUSE will credit the buyer within 14 days after receiving the return shipment. Any credit due as a result of a return shipment, will be refunded to the account that the buyer used to pay the original order.
Warranty & Repair
The CLUSE warranty policy is automatically in effect upon purchase of any CLUSE products. CLUSE grants a two (2) year warranty period on its watches and a two (2) year warranty period on its jewellery. The warranties guarantee the buyer that the products meet the standards of usability, reliability and durability.
