My watch or part of the watch is damaged, what do I do?

Please contact our customer care team and provide them with the following information:

  • - a description of the defect,
  • - a picture of the defect,
  • - reference number of your order,
  • - a picture or copy of the receipt,
  • - the name and place of the shop where you bought your watch,
  • - the details of your address, and
  • - your phone number.
