You can still shop your favourite CLUSE online and we are able to deliver your order at home free of charge. Due to high demand and additional health and safety measures, our deliveries can take longer than normal. Please find more information in our FAQ.
Our return period has been extended to three months.
BLACK FRIDAY DELIVERY
Due to the COVID-19 measures and Black Friday madness it may take longer than usual for your package to arrive.
- Delivery may take up to two weeks.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation by email as soon as your order gets shipped.
- If you haven't heard from us within two weeks after you've placed your order, please contact our Customer Care by email or live chat.
Of course we will do the best we can to deliver your order as soon as possible.
Are there any shipment costs?
CLUSE offers free shipment on all products and to all countries that can be selected when choosing the shipping address.
Orders shipped to addresses outside the EU, may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are levied when the shipment reaches the specified delivery address. The buyer is responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes.
CLUSE is not associated with these charges and cannot predict the value of the charge. We advise our customers to contact the local customs office in the delivery country for further information.
How long does it take for me to receive my order?Standard delivery

These may be subject to change dependant on location of residence within the country. Upon dispatch from the CLUSE warehouse you will automatically receive tracking information, which will indicate an estimated delivery time for your parcel. We do not keep any stock at our offices and the warehouse of our fulfilment partner is not accessible to customers.

RETURN POLICYReturn costs & responsibility
The buyer is responsible for preparing and shipping the return shipment. For a return within the three months trial period - which starts after the buyer received the order - no prior contact with CLUSE is needed. CLUSE strongly advises any buyer who wants to return his/her order to choose a secured shipment method. Return shipments take place at the risk of the buyer.

In case of a revocation by the buyer within the trial period, CLUSE will credit the buyer within 14 days after receiving the return shipment. Any credit due as a result of a return shipment, will be refunded to the account that the buyer used to pay the original order.Warranty & Repair
The CLUSE warranty policy is automatically in effect upon purchase of any CLUSE products. CLUSE grants a two (2) year warranty period on its watches and a two (2) year warranty period on its jewellery. The warranties guarantee the buyer that the products meet the standards of usability, reliability and durability.
