SHIPPING POLICY

ARE THERE ANY SHIPMENT COSTS?

For most countries, CLUSE offers free standard delivery. However, depending on the address and the product, we may charge an additional delivery fee up to 20 EUR. Upon arrival of your parcel, you may have to pay import duties and taxes depending on your country as well.

Please note: for orders shipped to an address outside the EU or in the French and Spanish overseas territories, it may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the shipment reaches the specified delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that CLUSE has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries, CLUSE cannot predict their amount. CLUSE advises you to contact the local customs office for further information.

    These may be subject to change dependant on location of residence within the country. Upon dispatch from the CLUSE warehouse you will automatically receive tracking information, which will indicate an estimated delivery time for your parcel. We do not keep any stock at our offices and the warehouse of our fulfilment partner is not accessible to customers.

    RETURN POLICY

    RETURN COSTS & RESPONSIBILITY

    With all products ordered through our web shop, you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return and a subsequent term of 14 days to issue your return. No prior contact with CLUSE is needed. The returned items must be unused and intact.

    The buyer is responsible for preparing and shipping the return shipment. CLUSE strongly advises any buyer who wants to return their order to choose a secure shipment method. Return shipments take place at the risk of the buyer.

    To initiate a return, we offer two options, depending on the country you ordered from. For a selection of countries we offer free returns or fixed price returns through our return portal.

    For the countries below, CLUSE offers a free return service if you register your return through our return portal:
    Austria
    Belgium
    France
    Ireland
    Italy
    Luxembourg
    Netherlands
    Spain (mainland)

    If the return portal is not available in your country or you choose to return your order using your own shipping method instead, the return shipment will be your responsibility. The costs for the return shipment, including any customs duties, taxes, or carrier-related fees that may apply, remain at the customer's expense.

    In case of a damaged product or if a different product has been delivered than you ordered, contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours after receiving your order for further instructions.

    REFUND

    In case of a revocation by the buyer within the trial period, CLUSE will credit the buyer within 14 days after receiving the return shipment. Any credit due as a result of a return shipment, will be refunded to the account that the buyer used to pay the original order.

    WARRANTY & REPAIR

    The CLUSE warranty policy is automatically in effect upon purchase of any CLUSE products. CLUSE grants a two (2) year warranty period on its watches and a two (2) year warranty period on its jewellery. The warranties guarantee the buyer that the products meet the standards of usability, reliability and durability.
