Order before 6 February 11 AM: France, Netherlands, Italy, Greece, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Luxembourg, Portugal.
Order before 11 February 11 AM: Germany.
Using express shipping:
If your order contains a bag, express shipping is not available.
Order before 11 February 11 AM: United Kingdom, Rest of the World.
Order before 12 February 11 AM: France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Ireland, Greece, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Luxembourg, Portugal.
STANDARD DELIVERY
ARE THERE ANY SHIPMENT COSTS?
For most countries, CLUSE offers free standard delivery. However, depending on the address and the product, we may charge an additional delivery fee up to 20 EUR. Upon arrival of your parcel, you may have to pay import duties and taxes depending on your country as well.
Please note: for orders shipped to an address outside the EU or in the French and Spanish overseas territories, it may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the shipment reaches the specified delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that CLUSE has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries, CLUSE cannot predict their amount. CLUSE advises you to contact the local customs office for further information.

These may be subject to change dependant on location of residence within the country. Upon dispatch from the CLUSE warehouse you will automatically receive tracking information, which will indicate an estimated delivery time for your parcel. We do not keep any stock at our offices and the warehouse of our fulfilment partner is not accessible to customers.

RETURN POLICY
RETURN COSTS & RESPONSIBILITY
The buyer is responsible for preparing and shipping the return shipment. For a return within the 30 days trial period - which starts after the buyer received the order - no prior contact with CLUSE is needed. CLUSE strongly advises any buyer who wants to return his/her order to choose a secured shipment method. Return shipments take place at the risk of the buyer.

REFUND
In case of a revocation by the buyer within the trial period, CLUSE will credit the buyer within 14 days after receiving the return shipment. Any credit due as a result of a return shipment, will be refunded to the account that the buyer used to pay the original order.
WARRANTY & REPAIR
The CLUSE warranty policy is automatically in effect upon purchase of any CLUSE products. CLUSE grants a two (2) year warranty period on its watches and a two (2) year warranty period on its jewellery. The warranties guarantee the buyer that the products meet the standards of usability, reliability and durability.
