Shipping times vary based on the items you order. Carefully read the information below to ensure you will receive your order in time for Christmas.
SHIPPING (EXCLUDING BACKPACKS)
If your order does not contain a backpack, be sure to order before the following dates.
Italy, UK, Eastern Europe and outside of Europe: order before 18th December 11 am CET.
France and Poland: order before 19th December 11 am CET.
The rest of Europe: order before 20th December 11am CET.
SHIPPING (INCLUDING BACKPACKS)
If your order contains a backpack, be sure to order before the following dates.
France: order before 14th December 11 am CET.
Italy, UK, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe and outside of Europe: order before 18th December 11 am CET.
The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Spain and Portugal: order before 19th December 11 am CET.
Are there any shipment costs?
CLUSE offers free shipment on all products and to all countries that can be selected when choosing the shipping address.
Orders shipped to addresses outside the EU or in the French overseas territories, may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are levied when the shipment reaches the specified delivery address. The buyer is responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes.
CLUSE is not associated with these charges and cannot predict the value of the charge. We advise our customers to contact the local customs office in the delivery country for further information.
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Standard delivery
DE: 2-3 working days
NL, BE, IT, UK, AT, IE: 3-5 working days
FR: 4-6 working days
ES, PT, PL, DK, CRO: 5-7 working days
NON-EU: 7-9 working days
Express delivery
NL, BE, FR, DE, AT, IE, IT, ES, PT, PL, DK, CRO: 1-2 working days
UK: 2-4 working days
NON-EU: 2-7 working days
These may be subject to change dependant on location of residence within the country. Upon dispatch from the CLUSE warehouse you will automatically receive tracking information, which will indicate an estimated delivery time for your parcel. We do not keep any stock at our offices and the warehouse of our fulfilment partner is not accessible to customers.
