Gifting made easy. For the full gifting experience, wrap your CLUSE gift with our beautiful gift envelope. Before checkout, simply add gift wrapping (€2.25 per piece) to any product in your shopping bag. As our CLUSE products come in different sizes, we recommend selecting one gift envelope per product. Envelope size: 10 x 14 x 26 cm.

The gift wrapping is shipped to you flat for easy assembly at home by following a few simple steps: Place your CLUSE item inside the gift wrapping. Remove the sticker.Seal it tight. Voilà - your gift is ready to be given to someone special!

The delivery time depends on the country, as well as the location. An order that is shipped to a rural location may take longer than an order that is shipped to New York City (which is close to a UPS airport hub). In the tracking info, that you receive as soon as the parcel will leave the CLUSE warehouse, an indicated delivery time is shown.

Are there any shipment costs?

CLUSE offers free shipment on all products and to all countries that can be selected when choosing the shipping address.

Orders shipped to addresses outside the EU, may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are levied when the shipment reaches the specified delivery address. The buyer is responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes.

CLUSE is not associated with these charges and cannot predict the value of the charge. We advise our customers to contact the local customs office in the delivery country for further information.

RETURN POLICY

Return costs & responsibility

The buyer is responsible for preparing and shipping the return shipment. For a return within the 30 days trial period - which starts after the buyer received the order - no prior contact with CLUSE is needed. CLUSE strongly advises any buyer who wants to return his/her order to choose a secured shipment method. Return shipments take place at the risk of the buyer.

Refund

In case of a revocation by the buyer within the trial period, CLUSE will credit the buyer within 14 days after receiving the return shipment. Any credit due as a result of a return shipment, will be refunded to the account that the buyer used to pay the original order.

Warranty & Repair

The CLUSE warranty policy is automatically in effect upon purchase of any CLUSE products. CLUSE grants a two (2) year warranty period on its watches and a two (2) year warranty period on its jewellery. The warranties guarantee the buyer that the products meet the standards of usability, reliability and durability.
